Quality

Software development is complex and a worrying percentage of projects fail. Attempts to strictly control projects however often stifle them, do more damage than they prevent or result in an end product that is not useful. We want to deliver value to our customers and in order to best do this we adopt a pragmatic approach to software engineering using a number of procedures that have collectively become known as Agile software development. From a customers point of view this will result in working prototypes being delivered early in the project that will be updated regularly (typically every 14 days) with the input of the customer. This allows the product to evolve over the lifecycle of the project to best suit the customers needs.

Another aspect of Agile development is a strong focus on automated testing of the system. All our projects include a suite of tests as deliverables that are as important as the product itself.
